The nylon is the base material of the Tramando di collant project.
It's an elastic material, extensible and lightweight, just as the relations of the people at the table: singles, couples, new families that expand and shrink according to contemporary needs. Then a mixture of cultures, foods, habits, smells and tastes.
The tablecloth is made by braiding (with the support of a frame) that always refers to tissue of human relationships. It is an ancient technique, weft and warp, which creates a whole resistant and easily adaptable / repeatable.
The material is easily found / recoverable and can become the basis for many variations related to the same subject.
